    Users know what they want

    If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said ‘faster horses.’
     – Allegedly said by Henry Ford. No one could prove though.

    We don’t know who came up with that, but its essence makes me uncomfortable. It directly hints that users do not know what they want. I disagree with such a thought.

    As a designer, if you are anticipating your users to articulate in precise terms what they expect,

    I always had this claustrophobic feeling whenever I visited the office during my early career days. I used to feel that the aspect of employee engagement was totally missing. I had moved from a college/school environment where there are long benches to sit on with your friends and peers to share, learn and understand various topics.
