Conflux was an idea to provide a Big Data Integration and Transformation Platform. Though there were many platforms available none provided a seamless integration on various aspects of big data management. The goal was to arrive at a platform that can provide information in a comprehensive format and at the same time, better user experience. Divami was approached to redesign the entire experience in the Big Data space to accommodate the lack of proper easy to use tools in the market and to be able to simplify the overall information management across the platform.
We arrived at role based primary goal, key pain points and role differentiator for each of the roles identified during our analysis. This ensured that we are focused on the user and helped us arrive at a consistent information flow for all the target users. As part of our strategy, our detailed competitive analysis assisted in identifying unique features that are not available in other such tools and helped enhance the overall desirability of Conflux. Our inclusive approach of creating individual but interrelated segmentation of information allowed for role based focus and also for cross functional workflows in a seamless manner. This approach also allowed us to arrive at a better set of sleek UI designs that were later converted into responsive layouts for implementation by the Conflux team. Our detailed documentation to the level of individual interactions assisted in lesser dependency on us and allowed for the Conflux team to carry on their work in a seamless manner, saving them time and money.
