As part of our UX strategy, we arrived at role based primary goal, key pain points and role differentiator for each of the roles identified during our analysis which helped us arrive at a consistent information flow for all the target users. Our detailed competitive analysis assisted in identifying unique features that are not available in other such tools and helped enhance the overall desirability of Conflux. Our inclusive approach of creating individual but interrelated segmentation of information allowed for role based focus and also for cross-functional workflows in a seamless manner. This approach also allowed us to arrive at a better set of sleek UI designs that were later converted into responsive layouts for implementation by the Conflux team.
