We're helping Chronus continuously enhance their User Experience over multiple release cycles, incorporating feedback from users and organizations. Our goal is to deliver a rich UI appropriate for enterprise usage, which is yet light and elegant that would feel like a social media application.

Engagement model

During every release cycle, Chronus’ product management team identifies the set of modules or features that may need design interventions or new features that will need UX/UI designs. Based on the requirements, our design team works on short cycles with their product team - with a minimal amount of notice, we assign the same set of design team members who have previously worked with Chronus for continuity and domain knowledge. These bursts of design engagement could be as short as 1-2 weeks or as long as 4-5 weeks. This model of engagement allows Chronus’ product team to be very nimble drawing upon Divami’s expertise as and when needed (similar to an in-house design team) while helping evolve their product with a consistent UX.
