About Tata Capital
Tata Capital is a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), that operates across various areas of business, namely the Commercial Finance, Infrastructure Finance, Wealth Management, Consumer Loans and distribution and marketing of Tata Cards. The Soham application was built specifically to serve the needs of it's Commercial Finance division’s customers who avail of their Supply chain financing offering. The app helps small business owners track their disbursements, outstanding loan amounts, upcoming payments and interests, etc.
Our Approach
Tata Capital wanted to ensure a common development and support framework across multiple mobile platforms, and that made it a natural choice to go with Angular/Ionic and Cordova frameworks for developing the mobile as a hybrid app for iOS, and Android. The design team comprised of a strategist and 1 UX/UI designer who worked closely with Tata Capital’s SMEs and a few select customer users. The designs were developed over a period of 4 weeks, followed by a 2-month development of the mobile application.
