Transworld has the vision to transform the logistics industry through the use of technology. They identified that a great User Experience is a critical component in any digital transformation journey and chose Divami as a partner to deliver on that vision. Owing to the size & scale of the operations, we had first to understand their current mode of operations - we spent considerable time with SME’s of Transworld based across Mumbai and Dubai. We realized that given the way the logistics industry operated, any new initiative that would bring about transformation had to be carefully validated before being launched. Hence we formed a success validation group that included a core set of internal and external customers and agents of Transworld and conducted usability tests to validate our designs every step of the way. Speaking of form factors, In mobile design, we leveraged capabilities of native OS to deliver a smoother user experience. In terms of Responsive design approach, we re-prioritized the information and actions across the app. We made sure that primary features were easily accessible to the users.
